Get notified of a new lead
When a homeowner in your service area submits a job request that matches your trade, you're notified immediately. The notification includes the full job details - service type, location, scope of work, and timeline.

Review the lead
You have a short window to review the lead. You can see the job type, the city, what the homeowner described, and the lead price. You decide if it matches the kind of work you want.
If the job isn't right - wrong area, wrong scope, too small, too large - you pass. Your wallet is untouched.
Accept and it's yours exclusively
If you accept the lead, two things happen: your wallet is charged the lead price (your first lead is free), and the lead is locked to you exclusively. No other contractor is charged. No other contractor gets the contact information. The homeowner is also texted right away that you've been matched and will call, so they're expecting you.
You're not competing with 10 other people who all paid for the same job. You get it, only you - and because the homeowner knows you're coming, they're far more likely to pick up and close.

Charge you automatically
Every charge is the result of your explicit action. There is no auto-charge, no auto-renewal, no surprise billing.
Sell leads to multiple contractors
Once a lead is accepted, it's gone. Only one contractor pays for it. Only one contractor gets it.
Hide the price
You see the lead price before you accept. It's fixed and displayed upfront. No "credits" that obscure what you're actually paying.
Lock you in
No annual contract. No early termination fee. Your wallet balance is yours - pause anytime, request a refund, walk away.
Lead protection
Something wrong with a lead? Dispute it.
We review every submission, but occasionally something slips through. You have 24 hours after accepting a lead to flag it. Valid disputes are refunded to your wallet - no back-and-forth, no chasing us down.
Number disconnected or not in service
You tried calling and the number is dead or out of service. That's a clear invalid lead - dispute it and get your money back.
Homeowner denies requesting quotes
You reached someone but they have no idea what CrewFolk is and didn't submit any request. We'll investigate and refund you.
Wrong city or trade
The job location or type doesn't match what was shown when you accepted. That's a mismatch on our end, not yours.
How the dispute process works

- 2Select the reason and add any extra detail that helps us investigate.
- 3We review it and respond within 1 business day.
- 4If approved, the full lead price is credited back to your wallet immediately - available for your next lead.
- 5If denied, you'll get an explanation by email and can reply directly if you have more context.
