Getting started

Is it really free to join?

Yes. Creating your account costs nothing. You only need to add funds to your wallet when you're ready to start accepting leads. No credit card is required at signup.

How long does setup take?

Most contractors complete setup in under 5 minutes. You'll set your trade, your service cities, and a daily lead cap. That's it.

What trades do you currently support?

We currently support roofing, HVAC, and water damage restoration. More trades are coming — if yours isn't listed, create an account and we'll notify you when it launches.

How leads work

Do I have to pay before I see the lead?

Never. You receive a notification with the full job details — service type, location, scope, timeline — before any charge is triggered. You decide if it's worth it, then you pay.

Are leads shared with other contractors?

No. Once a lead is accepted by one contractor, it's gone. No other contractor is charged. No other contractor receives the contact information. You are not competing with ten people who all paid for the same job.

How long do I have to accept a lead?

You have a short window to review and accept. If the window expires, the lead becomes available to the next contractor in the queue. This keeps response times fast for homeowners.

What information do I get with each lead?

You receive the service type, the city, what the homeowner described, their timeline, and the lead price — before you commit.

What happens if I pass on a lead?

Nothing. Passing is free. Your wallet is untouched. The lead becomes available to the next contractor in the queue.

Pricing & billing

What does a lead cost?

Lead prices depend on two things: the trade and the homeowner's urgency. Emergency leads (homeowner wants someone right away) are priced at 1.5× the base rate; Standard leads (within a week) are the base rate; Planning leads (getting quotes, within a month) are 0.75× the base rate. For example, roofing ranges from $112 (Planning) to $150 (Standard) to $225 (Emergency). The exact price is always shown before you accept — no surprises.

What is the minimum top-up?

The minimum wallet top-up is $50. You can add more in any increment.

Does my wallet balance expire?

No. Your credits never expire. If you pause for a season or a year, your balance will be there when you come back.

Will you charge my card automatically?

Never. There is no auto-billing, no subscription renewal, no recurring charge. Every deduction from your wallet is the result of you explicitly accepting a lead.

Lead quality & refunds

What if the lead is a wrong number or fake?

File a dispute directly from your dashboard within 48 hours of accepting. We review every dispute manually — typically within 24–48 hours. If the lead was clearly fraudulent, disconnected, or invalid, we issue a full wallet credit.

What is the 30-day guarantee?

If you top up your wallet, set your trade and service area, and don't receive a single lead within 30 days — we refund your entire wallet balance. No questions asked. See our Refund Policy for full details.

What if the homeowner doesn't answer?

A homeowner not answering on the first call is not grounds for a refund — this is normal in sales. A refund applies when the contact information is provably invalid (wrong number, disconnected line, or clearly fraudulent submission).

Your account

Can I pause my account?

Yes. You can set your daily lead cap to zero or toggle off your account at any time. Your wallet balance is preserved and waiting when you're ready to turn it back on.

Is there a contract or cancellation fee?

No contract, no cancellation fee, no minimum commitment. Walk away anytime. Your unused wallet balance is refundable on request.

How many contractors are in my city?

We cap the number of active contractors per trade per city to protect close rates. When a city fills, new applicants are waitlisted. This means if you're active in a city, you're one of a limited number of contractors receiving those leads.
